With New Vacancy they helped me being a single mom of 3 move into a home for me and my children. I didn't have all the money but they still let us move in with promise to pay. If there is something small that needs to be fixed I fix it. I have not had any trouble with landlord. Being a landlord myself I've learned as long as you are upfront and tell them what is going on they do have hearts. Don't let a few people rule what could help you and your family. I'd rather have a roof over my kids heads then sleeping on the street. New vacancy is the cheapest by far. Some of the houses get broken into by squirts and mess the homes up and they don't know about it because these homes are left open for future renters to see. If you see something wrong with a home tell them. When it comes to working on things they may be broken. If small fix it. It won't kill Ya. If it's something major let them know. If a gas line is broke TELL them they will be right out. If it 75 degrees out and your ac stopped working and you just can't handle it call them. But if a line is broke or a elder ladies electric went out and she is on oxygen.... You will be pushed down the line till they can get to you. Common sense. But they will help you in any way they can. I don't work for this company but I do like them.
